Return Policy of Warbrick Headquarters

At Warbrick Headquarters, we are committed to the quality and satisfaction of our products. Our return policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling returns and refunds. Please review the details below:

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

To provide you with the fastest possible service, we begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. As such, we only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of the order being placed, except for items stated specifically in the product description. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at warbrickhq@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note that cancellation requests made after 24 hours from the time of order placement cannot be accommodated, as your order may already be in the process.

 

 Eligibility for Return:

  • We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt by the customer.


Time Frame for Return:

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return in case of damage.


Process for Damaged Items:

  • Inspection on Receipt: Please inspect your order upon reception.


Report Damage:

  • If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at warbrickhq@gmail.com to report the issue. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence.


Return Request: 

  • Submit your return request within the 30-day period following the receipt of the product


Return Instructions:

  • Once your return is reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

           Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

 

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards are non-returnable

          Note: Sale items are also non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

 


Refunds (if applicable):

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
